If you’ve fallen in love with the flavours of Garden Zorzi and would like to take a little piece of Italy home with you… put on your apron!
In our cooking classes, you’ll learn step by step how to make fresh pasta the traditional way: simple techniques, seasonal ingredients, and plenty of conviviality.
What we’ll make together
During the lesson, guided by our chefs, you will try your hand at preparing:
• Stuffed ravioli
• Fresh tagliatelle
• Bread and breadsticks
Fillings and sauces will be chosen according to the seasonality of the ingredients and announced directly at the hotel, so each session will have a different (and always fresh) touch.
At the end of the cooking class, you’ll enjoy a final tasting of what you’ve made and a small toast: a simple and special moment to share together.
